Hello and welcome to a Hyperdimension Neptunia Wiki! After all this time we are still quite under construction, so please be nice!

You might find that we're not like most Neptunia wikis... look, just don't sweat the small stuff, and have a good time, OK?
<h2 class="fp-header">Hyperdimension Neptunia</h2>

Hyperdimension Neptunia is a video game series with overly complicated titles and terrible naming schemes, like come on. The first game was named Hyperdimension Neptunia despite actually taking place in Superdimension, the second game is Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2, which is a decent title, but then you get to the 3rd game, Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, or V for short. What the fuck is this? Then the next one is Megadimension Neptunia Victory 2, or VII for short. But that's not even the worst one. When you get to the remakes, it becomes even more fucked. The first 3 are known as Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1-3, so far pretty normal. But then the fuckers at Compile Heart and Idea Factory thought, "Hey, let's name the last game Megadimension Neptunia VIIR so it doesn't make fucking sense and confuses our fans." And when things seemed okay, the same fuckers chose to remake the first game again, naming it Neptunia re☆Verse. And now they pulled some shit like Hyperdimension Neptunia Unlimited ∞.

Oh, and the games are about 4 console goddess type things or something, I dunno, I just came here for the titties.
}}Hyperdimension Neptunia Unlimited ∞ (originally named Chou Shin Jikuu Game Neptune: Unlimited) is, by some miracle or divine intervention, the upcoming <u>MAINLINE GAME (!!!!!!!!!!!!)</u> of the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise. Yep, that's right. After 11 long years, you have all been given the right to collectively wake up and start spamming the internet with shit about the demon of Babylon once again... and then go back to sleep and wait until 17776 for the next mainline game of the series, TRIPPER Neptunia Noire Blanc U Re;Birth re*Verse 4+ IXR RPG GENERATION ZOMBIE SISTERS vs 4 Senran Kagura Ninja Dogoo Shooter Hard Girls Unleashed: Producing Virtual TOP NEP Shooter Perfection R;Evolution Online. It is currently being developed by this bitch and published by the other, as usual.

Or not because nobody fucking cares anymore. There's a reason the only people who give a shit are probably the sort of people who never grew out of the early 2010s libertarian mindset.

Development
IF and Compa probably got so much hate-mail about them, for some reason that we may never know, not releasing a mainline Neptunia game for 11 whole fucking years, that they finally caved in to the pressure and are actually doing it. Like, what got up their ass? What happened those past 11 years? Did they get intimidated by the then upcoming release of that horse game? Didn't they see that, in the time period between then and now, they released actual fucking dogshit they tried passing as a third-person shooter with VTubers in it, while that other horse game turned into a cultural phenomenon worldwide, further cementing Neptunia as a has-been franchise? Instead of just sitting in their offices and pushing spinoff after spinoff after remake noone asked for after spinoff, they should've just started developing this game as soon as VII was done. But it's too late. We've all moved on, except that one editor in this wiki who, by sheer will alone, has not. We all applaud her for her persistence and wish him the best in life.

Gameplay
Let's all be real for a moment, it's just gonna be the same shit as VII, rehashed once again for the next generation of literally nobody in the world. Well, except that one guy I mentioned in the previous paragraph. And one more thing: I have a feeling that most of the game will be vibe-coded, and the gameplay will show that. Place your bets! I was writing a review for it until I asked Compa to show me <s>her panties</s> some actual game footage. I got kicked from the HQ just 5 seconds later, and the review was never finished.

Story
I don't fucking know, it's got all the 4 characters from the previous games plus some new ones based on the consoles we have now. All we know is that Lastation's new CPU will have no games.

Reception
We don't know yet, but the journos will probably hate it or not even bother, and the 6 people who actually go ahead and spend money on it will love it. Everyone else will look at it and go 'oh this exists' and quickly return to Umamusume or Blue Archive or whatever.

The sales will probably flop so hard that IF/CH will finally kill off this zombie series once and for all and kick it to the dust where it probably should have gone after VII. They'll probably turn one of their other IPs into their next cash cow and treat it the same way they treated Neptunia for years, much like they did with the Spectral Force/Generation of Chaos games (also uninspired garbage that noone gave a shit about even in Japan because it was mechanically garbage and like Neptunia it had three billion spinoffs, just look up Spectral Tower on the PS1)

Trivia
* This is the first game in the entire franchise to have sold over 6 Neptillion copies, and it's not even out yet!
* Neptune has been confirmed as a character in this game.
* This is the first mainline game since VII.
* WAIT NO NOT THAT VII HOW DO I EDIT LINKS
* Yakuza is a 2005 action-adventure game developed and published by Sega for the 2. It was released in December 2005 in Japan and in September 2006 internationally. The story follows Kazuma Kiryu, a yakuza who spent ten years in prison for a crime he did not commit. After being released, he learns that the criminal underworld is searching for 10 billion yen that has been stolen from the Tojo clan. The game takes place in Kamurochō, a realistic recreation of Tokyo's Kabukicho district.
* Yakuza was never referenced in a Neptunia game. Good.
* User above has forgotten about the Kiryu Sword.
It is widely regarded as one of the greatest musical tracks of all time. It plays during boss fights with White Heart, hence the name.

History
One night, series composer Tsunako was out drinking with her bud ZUN. Tsunako said to her bud ZUN "oi mate show me how u draw ur lolis for that shit game u make." ZUN was like "lol ok" then he banged his head against a keyboard for 5 minutes and out pooped a god-tier song. Tsunako looked at the song and said "yo wtf this shit not loli, dis sum lit af music." ZUN just shrugged his shoulders and continued drinking his beer. Tsunako lit up a killer bong and looked at that song that ZUN just wrote in like 5 minutes while drunk and thought to herself, "bitch, please, I can totes make a 20 times better song if I wanted to." And so she got to work on writing Track 43. Tsunako says that she doesn't remember anything else that happened that night, but she does know that when she woke up the next day, the song was finished, she had temporarily lost her hearing, and the bar they were drinking at had been totaled. The song that she wrote that day was Track 43, and when she showed it to her boss Moo Niitani, he had an orgasm and immediately ordered the head programmer to implement the song into Hyperdimension Neptunia. Tsunako also notes that she never saw ZUN again after that fateful night, but he still shitposts on Twitter.

Reception
Critics everywhere praised Track 43 as the third coming of youkai Jesus. It instantly became the 2nd best song of all time, barely beating out PSY's Gangnam Style, but losing decisively to Beethoven's Beethoven Virus. This song alone has netted Compile Heart 3 billion yen in revenue from CD sales, outselling every single game the company has ever put out combined despite being priced at 3 billion yen per copy. Many players of the Neptunia franchise report experiencing many different kinds of out of body experiences upon their first time hearing the song, including but not limited to: going to heaven, going to hell, becoming a ghost and haunting their parents, acid trips, epileptic seizures, loss of breast fat, temporary comatose, cure of cancer, arson, quenching thirst, dizziness, anime becoming real for several seconds, and even death. Track 43 has won 43 different awards for excellence in Video Game Music, and is nominated annually for Game of The Year. It has an 11/10 IMDB score and has cured global hunger. There is no known instance of any human being listening to this song and not liking it. Some cat owners, however, have cited that the song drives their cats crazy, and therefore do not listen to it. Track 43 has remained the #1 track on all charts since 2010. Famous Mario series composer Koji Kondo has said that Track 43 has remained his inspiration for all of his compositions. "It's just amazing," he states in an exclusive interview with wiki.nepnep.world, "How does one create such an awe-inspiring track? I've been pondering it for years. I've tried all sorts of substances, but I've never even come close to this level of perfection." Even Tsunako, the composer of this <s>abomination</s> classic, has said that she could never create such a masterpiece ever again.

Health Concerns
Compile Heart and Idea Factory International recommend you see a doctor about possible complications before listening to Track 43. Players who have had recent surgery, have any kind of heart, neck, or back problems, are pregnant, have a preexisting addiction, have cancer, get motion sickness easily, are epileptic, or are under 4' 6" (137cm) generally should not listen to Track 43. Players who have good taste also should not listen to Track 43 because it may induce uncontrollable vomiting. Players who are deaf are not safe from any side-effects of listening to Track 43, so those players should take care as well. Normies are generally safe from the side-effects of listening to Track 43, but really, just in case, they should see a doctor before listening as well. If someone wishes to listen to Track 43 without consulting a specialist beforehand, some common countermeasures to possible complications are drinking lots of fluids, getting drunk, getting high, and watching horror movies.

Pllut6969:

This Neptunia wiki was founded by Lazerz16 on February 26, 2011 and existed because... because. Created just four days after the original Neptunia wiki, it was quickly outclassed and abandoned, lost to the depths of the internet and was left wholly untouched for seven years. One fateful day, April 6, 2018 to be exact, a very earnest person with pure intentions stumbled across its rusty remains, a relic of a different time. pllut6969, perhaps feeling pity, or perhaps was just bored, decided to revitalize it. But what to do? There already existed two superior Neptunia wikis, there was no room for a third. Then this person got an idea. An awful idea. pllut6969 had a wonderful, awful idea.

However, that all came to an end on March 31, 2021. As a cruel April Fool's joke, FANDOM, the site that was hosting the wiki decided to end it, not seeing eye-to-eye with pllut6969's very earnest efforts to make the wiki a great place for Neptunia fans to receive highly factual content. But the story doesn't end there of course, or else how would you be reading this? pllut6969 moved the entire wiki from hdneptunia.fandom.com to wiki.nepnep.world, allowing memes to prosper and sincerity to survive. And everyone lived happily ever after.

But enough with the history lesson. If you are new to the wiki, there are some page(s) that you might wanna look at:
Hello and welcome to a Hyperdimension Neptunia Wiki! We are still quite under construction, so please be nice!

But then the fuckers at Compile Heart and Idea Factory thought, "Hey, let's name the last game Megadimension Neptunia VIIR so it doesn't make fucking sense and confuses our fans."

Oh, and the games are about 4 console goddess type things or something, I dunno, I just came here for the titties.
The Land of Purple Progress
What the hell does "purple progress" mean, anyways? Does progress have a color? Is it really purple? I get that it's supposed to alliterate, but why of all things, progress? There's a ton of words that start with P that it could've been, like for example:
*Papaya
*Party
*Peace
*Petunias
*Pink Panther
*Plutia
*Poop
*P O W E R
*Producing Perfection
*Pterodactyl
*Pudding
*Punishment
*Puyo
Stop ripping off Homestuck, jeez.

Measurement System
Planeptune uses its own unique measurement system, the nep. One nep is equal to 146cm, which coincidentally is exactly how tall the goddess, Neptune, is. Planeptune used to use the metric system like every other sane country in existence, but it was recently changed to the nep. This change was, of course, implemented by resident retard Neptune. Planeptune Tower, the tallest structure in Gamindustri[citation needed], is approximately 1092 Neps tall.

Pudding Industry
Of all the industries in Planeptune, its pudding industry is by far the most prosperous. Planeptune churns out 400,000kg of pudding annually, exporting about 48% to the other nations. Only 9% of the national Planeptunian pudding crop is sold in the cities and towns of Planeptune. The remaining 43% of pudding is sold to the Basilicom. While this nets huge profits for pudding companies, there is always a dearth of pudding in Planeptune, leaving the masses unsatisfied. While uncommon, it's not unheard of for a fight to break out in the middle of a city over a single cup of pudding, known locally to Planeptunian citizens as "pudding fights". In response to steadily increasing casualties from pudding fights, the Basilicom began imposing harsh pudding taxes, increasing the pudding prices by 210%. This caused massive backlash which resulted in the famous 4 year period known as the "Planeptunian Pudding Dark Ages" which included massive local pudding riots, wide-scale national pudding protests, and a deluge of dank pudding memes on N-chan. The Dark Ages ended when the Basilicom rolled back the pudding tax by 70%, and began giving out pudding grants. The Basilicom-sponsored grants included several 1 million credit grants given to some of the largest pudding companies in order to expand their pudding production efficiency and improve pudding taste, and thousands of 100,000 credit grants given to start-up pudding companies looking to break into the pudding industry. As a result of these moves, while the Basilicom still hogs more pudding than is distributed to any country, pudding production increased tenfold, pudding quality skyrocketed, and national bliss was had. This result is known as the "Planeptunian Pudding Golden Ages" which continues to this day. The pudding memes on N-chan, however, only got danker.

Pudding is the national dish of Planeptune, and is had at most celebrations. Most Planeptune citizens consume pudding on a daily basis, many even double-dipping or triple-dipping and having pudding multiple times a day. At Planeptunian weddings, Pudding is usually served as the main dish, replacing the classical wedding cake seen in other nations. One of Planeptune's most famous tourist attractions is the National Pudding Vat, located on the second floor of the Planeptune Tower, which contains 20 tons of fresh pudding, which is replaced daily. Part of the reason why the National Pudding Vat is so famous, however, is due to the large amount of sightings of Planeptune's goddess, Neptune, who has been seen performing many actions with the pudding including (but not limited to) eating it, diving in it, sleeping on it, playing video games on it, smelling it, fighting dogoos with it, and suffocating herself in it.

While pudding remains Planeptune's #1 industry, pudding memorabilia also nets massive profits. Pudding toys, pudding mugs, pudding keychains, pudding TV-sets, pudding chairs, and more, are abundant within shops of all shapes and sizes in Planeptune. However unlike pudding, which is predominantly produced within Planeptune, there is quite a lot of import pudding goods. Lastation and China are the prime competitors for pudding memorabilia export sales, with China actually selling more pudding memorabilia than Planeptune, and Lastation in a very close third.

Trivia
*Even though Planeptune has "neptune" in it, the "p" is actually silent, so it's pronounced differently.
*The name "Planeptune" is a portmanteau of "planet" and "neptune."
*Planeptune is the only one of the four major nations whose name doesn't start with an "L."
It follows Neptune on her quest to find four memory fragments to unseal her keys and restoire Histoire.

Development
The game was created in 1 month (actually 27 days) by Tsunako alone. Development began while Compile Heart's offices were closed for summer vacation, and nobody was commuting to work because they were closed. However, 1 month (actually 27 days) before the production deadline, Tsunako realized that Re;Birth1 was set to release in 3 months, and the production deadline was in 1 month (actually 27 days). Alone, she broke into the office and began work on the game. The game engine was made by reusing the engine from Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory and all the assets were pulled from either Victory or Mk2. The soundtrack is also almost entirely pulled from Victory, as series composer Kenji Kaneko was in a coma during the entire month (actually 27 days) of development.
Reception
Re;Birth1 was greeted with massive critical acclaim on launch. All major (and minor) game reviewers concede that Re;Birth1 is a must-have for any gamer's collection. It has a spot in all top 10 video games lists, and in all top 10 lists by WatchMojo. A factory sealed copy of Re;Birth1<nowiki/>'s collector edition (Japanese edition) in mint condition is on display in the Louvre Museum. Re;Birth1 is actually the best game ever made, which has been confirmed by NASA. It is the second best-selling game of all time, snugly in between Final Fantasy VII and Cheetahmen II. This of course makes it the best-selling game created by Compile Heart. According to Compile Heart's president, Moo Niitani, "It's amazing, it just prints money. Thanks to Tsunako, I don't have to live on cup ramen anymore, now I eat 5 star meals every day."
Remake
Since Re;Birth1 is universally known to be godlike, Compile Heart decided to remake it in 2018 as Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1+. The remake was announced on February 6, a day after development started. Development was finished 3 days later, and the game reached store shelves on May 31. The remake is actually identical to the original Re;Birth1, however the resolution has been increased by 15 pixels. Like its predecessor, Re;Birth1+ recieved rave reviews.
A port of Re;Birth1+ for the Playstation 5 called Neptunia re☆Verse was released in 2020 in Japan and worldwide in 2021.

Trivia
*Despite being the fourth game in the series, Re;Birth1 is actually a direct sequel to Mk2.
*This is the only game in the series where Compa says "Desu!" when the voices are set to English.
*This game is the only game in the series that gave enough of a shit about worldbuilding to actually include NPCs other than makers. Technically, Hyperdimension Neptunia did that too, but it gets points off for not even bothering to give them portraits.
Hello and welcome to a Hyperdimension Neptunia Wiki! We are still quite under construction, so please be nice!

So you want to contribute to the Neptunia Wiki, but aren't sure where to start? Have no fear, pllut6969 is here! This page lists some rules you should follow when editing the wiki to keep the quality up.

* There are no rules. Like the pirate's code, they're more like guidelines (look, it's even in the title of the page). A good satirist knows the rules, and when and how to break them.
* Make sure you know how to write a proper wiki page first. You can find guides on how to write for a wiki by using sites such as google. If the writing is nothing like a real wiki article, then it'll break the illusion.
* It should go without saying, but make sure you know how to write proper English as well. Deliberate errors can work, but if the entire text is littered with grammatical errors, spelling errors, etc, you can lose the reader's respect, which is what you absolutely don't want.
* Familiarize yourself with the preexisting text on the wiki before editing. This will help you write in a way that not only feels in place, but can also give you ideas on what or how to write.
* Cursing is of course allowed on the wiki (while on a normal wiki it would be expressly forbidden), but be sure to be very deliberate with your cursing. If you use curse words too often, it cheapens their effect. This isn't the Angry Video Game Nerd, it's the HD Neptunia Wiki. Familiarize yourself with the concept of the precision f-strike, and use your curses sparingly, only when absolutely necessary.
* Remember to stay on topic. Non-sequiturs and references can work, (see RED's page, for example), but the overwhelming majority of what you write should be specifically related to Neptunia and, more importantly, the subject matter of the page.
* Avoid overwriting or deleting existing content when editing preexisting pages. If you truly feel that what you want to put in place is better than what's already there, just remember, the funnier edit wins.
* Avoid talking down to Neptunia fans, or potentially insulting the reader. If the reader feels personally attacked, they won't be able to enjoy the article, even if it's good.
* Don't forget to have fun! This sounds a bit cliched, but, no, seriously. If you aren't having fun writing your own articles, odds are the reader won't be having fun reading it either. Write what YOU like, what YOU think is funny, and what YOU think makes sense.

Here are some specific editing guidelines:
* In the opening sentence of an article for a place, always misspell the name of that place by removing one letter, and include at least one person that lives there. For example, in the Superdimension article, it opens with Supedimension is the place where Nep-nep lives.
* In the infobox for characters, do not use their actual name in the title or "true name" section.
* Don't worry about consistency between different pages. A page only needs to be consistent with itself.
* Take care when correcting typos and errors. Some of them are deliberate, such as calling the Kaneko 7 the "Kaneki 7" on the Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online page, or the text awkwardly cutting off in the middle of Peashy's page. Similarly, make sure you proofread everything you write, as any genuine errors may inadvertently be preserved.

<br />If you're having trouble with the extra question on the sign-up process, you merely need ask your own heart, and the answer will surely come to you. If you have any questions, comments, complaints, concerns, you can join the Discord server and speak to us. We won't bite, promise.

As her name implies (????), she represents the Sony PSP (?????????). She is madly in love with Nepgear. In MegaTag she confessed and now they are an official couple. This disappointed many people, including myself. She believes being the center of erotica among candidates is better than being average.

Appearance
Take a PSP or a Playstation Vita. Imagine that girl you had a crush on in middle/high school. Combine the two and give it some hair bows. You now have one smol tsundere.

Personality
Uni's a tsundere. But unlike the majority of your garden-variety tsunderes, she doesn't default to extreme rage and denial at the mere notion of her giving a fuck about something. She gets flustered. Keep going and the denial slowly starts coming. It's the perfect kind of tsundere that resists enough to be fun to tease, but doesn't go so far as to use lethal force with the military arsenal she keeps up her ass (I'm calling you out Misato Tachibana). A side effect of that is that she doesn't have to be a hard-ass all the time and might just be your friend for the day without resistance. In short, Uni has some spunk. But not too much.

Uni has also shown a love for mecha. Unlike Nepgear though, she's into the weapons. Multi-missile launchers and rapid-firing miniguns totally give her a hard-on. No one knows how, but nobody blames her.

Uni deserves love and affection because Noire barely gives her any. It takes a special kind of love to still be attached to your sister after being shot down constantly. But to be fair, Noire still cares. Just a little. At least she's married to Nepgear now.

Appearances
Uni in 4 Goddesses Online
In 4 Goddesses Online, Uni plays the Thief class. For some reason in this game she gets obsessed with treasure hunting. She has the capability to beat the game in just over an hour with her friends by using her only two good skills, Elemental Shot and Rapid Barrett.

Trivia
*It may not seem so at first glance, but she's nearly identical to her older sister. Without their signature outfits and hairstyles, it can be difficult to tell them apart. If the image is colored, the signature tell is that Noire's hair has a slight blue tint, while Uni's does not. Otherwise, her smaller size may give her away.
This game follows IF, crap bike, and bitch on their quest to go back in time and repair broken history.

Plot
Don't you hate it when girls come falling from the sky? Anyways, Segami falls from the sky and lands on IF, who is somehow able to catch her while driving her motorbike at illegal speeds, and the two wander into a nearby library. They meet Histoire, who tells them of the Time Eater, which after getting beat up by Sonic has come to this dimension to wreak more havoc. Histy sends the two of them on a quest to restore history (whatever that means) by going into four different time periods and beating up everyone involved.

IF's Flame Awakening
In this game, IF has this mysterious power to transform, using a skill named Flame Awakening. While it mostly just makes her a lot redder, it also makes her as powerful as the goddesses in their transformed states. This ability is NEVER referenced to by the story throughout the entire game, nor does she transform in any cutscenes, and she has it from the start of the game. This ability, of course, never makes an appearance in any other game either. It was most likely a last minute addition by the devs to make IF less trash as she's the main character here.
The Final Boss
Hilariously, the last boss (the Time Eater) just lurks around the corner for the entire game waiting for you to come and beat it up, presumably having a feast of books while it waits. You can challenge it any time but it will probably just beat you up unless you're around level 90 or so.
The Sega Hard Girls
The main draw of this game, look, they're even in the title. Four horribly unimaginative and terribly designed anthropomorphizations of four pieces of Sega Hardware: the Sega Mega Drive (the Seha equivalent disappointingly not renamed to Genesis for the gringo audience), the Sega Saturn, the Sega Game Gear, and the Sega Dreamcast, with just the "Sega" part dropped for the names of the respective girls. While they each have their own personalities, they don't quite appear onscreen enough to get attached. They're an entirely unexplained existence, and all they do for the entire game is fight their goddess counterparts. There are actually other Sega Hard Girls, for other pieces of Sega hardware, but they only appear as chirper icons.

If you didn't figure it out already, the Sega Hard Girls aren't property of Compile Heart or Idea Factory. They're indeed IPs of Sega, originating from a shitty light novel series and an equally shitty anime series. Since there's no room for information on them anywhere else on this wiki, I'll give you brief recommendation: it's worth watching if you are a big Sega fan, and absolutely NOT worth watching for anyone else. Episode 2 is the best episode.

Considering that they exist, and that Neptunia has four Sega themed goddesses, this crossover was only a matter of time, and that time was 2015. By the way, if the name "Seha" ever confused you, it's an abbreviation of Sega Hard [Girls].

Segami
But what about Segami? Is she a Sega Hard Girl too? Well, no. Well... no? Is she a goddess then? Uhh... how about both? ??????

Gameplay
Dungeons
In this game, dungeons are a bit upgraded. Although some of our favorite recurring dungeons do make a return, there are actually some new dungeons that utilize some new mechanics. IF (or Segami, if you actually bother changing your character to the only other party leader) can climb vines, shimmey across ropes, and even crawl through small passages. While performing any of those actions, she has a really funny animation that never gets old no matter how many times you look at it. Amusingly, every time she crawls into a hole, the camera shoves itself into her ass. This means that if you bother to change your party leader to Segami, you get to stare at her undies for a good 3 seconds. Sadly, you cannot set any of the other characters as the leader (despite being able to in other games), so she's the only one who gives you a free upskirt this time around. Some of the new dungeons are actually a bit intricate, instead of the one screen levels present in other games (dont worry, this game has its fair share of those too), and give you some small sense of exploration.
Battle System
This game has quite possibly the best battle system in the entire series. I suppose that after making so many Neptunia games, Compile Heart eventually figured out how to make a battle system that doesn't suck. It's massively simplified from earlier Re;Birth titles, instead of having 3 different types of normal attacks, with multiple different attacks per type, it has just one, but it can be done multiple times in one turn. Each action slowly fills an action gauge, which when filled ends your turn, and as it fills, makes your next turn come later. Due to this mechanic, you can even perform actions such as Skills multiple times in one turn, or neglect to perform all of your actions so that your next turn comes sooner. There is also a charge attack option, which while powerful, fills the entire meter. The turn order list actually finally fucking works properly this time, and even lets you know where you'll be in the list after you perform an action, allowing you to plan out your moves much more accurately. It also has a weird Fever mechanic that allows you to spam EXE drives to absolutely rape bosses. One unfortunate downside of the battle system is it requires you to recharge SP by attacking enemies (similar to games like Re;Birth3), which can take a long time. Additionally, enemies don't quite give enough EXP, which can require you to grind quite a bit for some boss fights. While not quite perfect yet, it's definitely the best and most engaging battle system that the entire series has to offer.

Trivia
*Bizarrely, in the english dub, Histoire's name doesn't have a silent H, which is inconsistent with the localization of every other game, as well has her Japanese name. This, along with a lot of other oddities, such as Nepgear calling Neptune "sister" instead of Neptune at one point, leads me to believe that this game has a different localization team from the other Neptunia games.
*Neptune's Seha equivalent is Saturn, despite the fact that her namesake, the Sega Neptune, is actually based on the Sega Mega Drive. However, she does allude to the Saturn most consistently throughout the series, so this error is actually of Neptune herself rather than just this game.
*IF drops two f-bombs in this game, albeit censored.
*In spite of the fact that the Sega Game Gear came out before the Sega Saturn, the Game Gear period is after the Saturn period. This is to keep consistent with Neptune being older than Nepgear. However, the story insists that Nepgear is older than Neptune, and continues to muddle the details instead of clarify.
*There was a poll for whether fans preferred the Neptunia goddesses or the Seha girls. The Seha girls got swamped by the Neps, no contest. The prize for winning this poll was a beach CG of the goddesses (plus IF) in their swimsuits.
PEGI: 12|hdn_wikia_score = 85/100}}Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls (known internally as Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth4) is the fifth game built off of the Victory engine, the sequel to Sonic Generations, and one of the many alternate dimension spinoffs of the Neptunia series.

She is one of the four main CPUs, the CPU of Planeptune. Her adventures start after she meets Compa and IF to find the Key Fragments around the world and defeat some monsters along the way to save Histoire who is sealed. She has an IQ of 52, and is fluent in 3 languages: English, Japanese and memespeak.

Story
Hyperdimension Neptunia
Long ago in Celestia, Neptune was born with half a brain. Neptune was confronted by the other three goddesses (Vert, Blanc, and Noire), chosen to be exiled to signal the end of the console war. She was defeated and banished to the world below, known as Gamindustri.

The next thing she knew, she was alone in the dark, and a voice reached out to her needing her help. This voice belonged to Histoire, who had been sealed. This was just a dream, however. When she woke up, she found herself in an unfamiliar room. A girl who was sitting next to her explained that this was her room, and that she had found Neptune pierced elegantly into the ground, like a spear. She introduced herself as Compa. Neptune introduces herself too, but ends up with the nickname "Nep-Nep," due to her name being too difficult for Compa to pronounce. She goes on a journey around Gamindustri, collecting Key Fragments guarded by strong monsters in order to break the seal on Histoire.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2/Re;Birth 2
Neptune gets captured, then after the plot kicks in, Nepgear goes and saves her, proving how masochistic she truly is. After some irrelevant shenanigans goes on, Nepgear gets a hold of the Gehaburn, the greatest weapon in JRPG history, and actually kills her, ending the canon timeline once and for all.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory/Re;Birth3
Stuff happens in Ultradimension and Neptune is there just so that the producers have an excuse to name the game "Neptunia" so that the game can sell. Regardless of relative quality, if the game was called "Ultradimension Plutia" the game would have sold half as much. Neptune doesn't do much of value besides existing. Which, admittedly, is plenty of value.

Megadimension Neptunia VII/VIIR
Take everything from the previous section, replace "Ultradimension" with "Zero Dimension" and "Plutia" with "Uzume" and you've got yourself quite a good game, actually (VIIR sucks)

Personality
Human Form
Laid back and carefree. That Nep doesn't have a care in the world and jokes around all the time. Despite everything, she cares for her friends and shows a strong sense of justice. She'd do great in a shounen manga.

HDD Form
More calm and observant than her human form. It's still Neptune, though, so you can see her playful side shine through every now and then if you pay attention long enough. In Victory/Re;Birth3, she shows herself to be a master of the art of tsukkomi (aka WITTY COMEBACKS), which is a mandatory skill when dealing with Sadie. She can also get pretty horny at times, but you haven't heard that from us.

Likes and Dislikes
Neptune likes pudding. Neptune loves pudding. If Neptune doesn't eat at least 5 servings of pudding daily, she will surely die. She doesn't, however, like eggplants. She dislikes eggplants so much that with a strong enough eggplant smell, she won't be able to maintain HDD. Neptune also hates work. She's so adverse to working, that if it wasn't for the fact that Histoire keeps her on a literal leash, (what, did you think that choker was just for show?) she wouldn't work a single second in the day. She's lucky she's a video game character. Neptune spends so much time eating junk food and playing video games that, well, let's just say that if she were a real person in real life, she'd look like some of the "art" you see on DeviantArt.
Anatomy
The average height of an adult Neptune is 4' 9" (146cm). The max known height of a Neptune is 5' 4" (164cm). There is no known minimum height of an adult Neptune. The average thigh gap is 1.22" (3.1cm).

Neptune's anatomy is a little bit different from your average human or goddess. The most notable of which is the fact that she doesn't actually have a brain. Despite hundreds of years of study, scientists still cannot figure out how Neptune manages to live without a brain, but she does. The reason why she is so stupid is directly because of her lack of a brain. Most likely, the reason why she is able to survive a fall from any height, is also due to not having a brain, which was hinted at in Victory.
Neptune also has an unusual metabolism. Her metabolism is highly specialized in processing carbohydrates. In layman's terms, that means she can eat sweets without getting fat. The only other character in the Neptunia series that can do that is Reimu, with the power of her Yin-Yang Orb.
The D-pad shaped accessories on her head appear to be hairclips, but are actually a part of her body. While they are detachable, Neptune gets cranky after spending a long time without them. They are very hard, have a plastic-like texture, and sharp edges. The edges aren't sharp enough to cut skin, but will cause considerable discomfort when rubbed.

Another oddity of Neptune's anatomy is her bone structure. At a glance, Neptune appears to have regular bones, just like any ordinary human or goddess. However, instead of bones, Neptune's skeleton is actually made up of what's called "lazybones." Neptune's lazybones function mostly the same as regular bones, however, the more Neptune moves around, the more energy her lazybones sap from her, making her just want to roll around and do nothing. They also rattle when she gets really upset. Her hands and fingers, however, have regular bones instead of lazybones, so playing video games doesn't make her lethargic at all.

Albeit a bit unrelated to her anatomy, her signature jacket has a unique ability. It bestows upon the wearer the ability to see behind the fourth wall. Wearing it just once will have permanent effects, but the more someone wears it, the stronger that ability becomes. Since Neptune wears it (almost) all the time, her ability to break the fourth wall is almost unparalleled. Neptune has actually been to the real world once before, but only for several seconds in New Mexico. After taking a right turn at Albuquerque, she found herself back in Gamindustri.

Voice
Her Japanese voice actress is Rie Tanaka, and her English voice actress is Melissa Fahn. Her Japanese voice is very annoying. She seems to think, "IF I GO HIGHER PITCHED, I'M CUTER, RIGHT???" but it really works against her. Her English voice is considerably deeper, yet perfectly embodies Neptune. She speaks playfully and jokingly, sometimes a bit singsong, which is a fitting voice for Neptune's mischievous, stupid, and energetic character. When it comes to Purple Heart, however, the Japanese voice actress definitely is better. While Fahn does a great job at bringing Neptune to life, she struggles on the delivery of Purple Heart's more mature and calm voice. She does have a sweet, smooth caramel voice as Purple Heart, though, which can make you eargasm the moment you listen to her. Tanaka's performance as Purple Heart is very much the same as Fahn's, still with that same sexy mature voice, but she shows a far greater deal of competence as a voice actor. Fahn also does a poor job with Next Purple, sounding very similar to the dreadful English performance of Samus Aran in Metroid: Other M. Tanaka's NEXT Purple is barely noticeable compared to the good old Purple Heart.

QUOTES
: Neptune/Quotes

TRIVIA
*Neptune personifies and is based off the cancelled Sega Neptune, which was supposed to be a hybrid of the Sega Mega Drive and the 32X, but was thankfully cancelled in favor of the Sega <s>Satan</s> Saturn. Maybe it's for the best, seeing how it would have only been used as a basis for a shrine to CPU Purple Heart herself because of how shitty the 32X library was.
*According to herself, Neptune has the greatest ass out of the four CPUs. Of course, only she thinks that.
*Although Neptune does seem like the kind of person careless enough to roam around wearing nothing but a jacket, she does actually wear some kind of weird shirt/sleeve/thing underneath.
*Neptune is illiterate.
*Her hoodie strings are actually USB plugs.
*Neptune's original design was some random ass doodle based on the Roman sea god, Neptune. Her original design was liked so much by Tsunako's coworkers, she was made the into protagonist of the series and... radically redesigned. Good job.

Volume 1
Chapter 1
Neptune and Blanc co-conspire to obliterate Noire's home. They succeed.
Chapter 2
Neptune and co. invade Blanc's home to host a Christmas Party for the CPUs. They also fight a giant enemy turkey.
Chapter 3
The Hard Drives invade a shrine and steal a bunch of miko uniforms to give a new year's greeting to the citizens of Gamindustri.
Chapter 4
Neptune becomes a character from Virtua Fighter, and Noire becomes Parappa the Rapper. Then Gust robs them blind.
Chapter 5
Nisa makes her first (and last) appearance in the manga, where she uncovers and subsequently foils Histoire's secret plot to resurrect Arfoire. Histoire is very cute.
Chapter 6
Lastation gets hacked (again).
Chapter 7
Ganache shows how badass he is by pulling out a fucking gun. He subsequently shows how worthless he is by getting captured immediately. This forces Noire to go save his ass.
Chapter 8
Neptune discovers the wonders of TAS. Using her newfound TAS abilities, she obliterates anyone who dares cross her path with frame-perfect execution and quickly becomes the most fearsome force in Gamindustri.
Chapter 9
Obligatory beach chapter where the CPUs go to the beach. At the end, Noire gets eaten alive by a shark.
Chapter 9.5
Obligatory hot springs chapter where the CPUs (plus Compa and IF) go to the hot springs, and everyone gets drunk. Neptune rapes Compa, Vert rapes Noire, and Blanc just stares blankly at Neptune's ass. There were some peeping toms that came to see the show, but they get murdered in cold blood by Compa.
Volume 2
Chapter 10
The debut chapter of Vee Seturn and Hai Seturn. However, since they are just palette swaps of Neptune and Nepgear respectively, they never appear anywhere else ever again.
Chapter 11
Neptune gets a cavity and Nepgear schedules her an express appointment to see a dentist. However, Neptune runs away to Lowee and Nepgear has to go look for her. She hides in the Basilicom, and asks Blanc for help. She helps Neptune hide from Nepgear, but when Blanc finds out about the dentist appointment, she ties her up and hands her over to Nepgear.
Chapter 12
Noire, Uni, Neptune, and Vert are sent on a quest to break up the R4 game conference. They succeed, however Blanc wins the MVP award by doing absolutely nothing.
Chapter 13
Neptune: Phew... so far so good! [Spots Neptoon] Hey, that's...

Neptoon: That purple goddess again of all places...

Neptune: I've found you, faker!

Neptoon: Faker? I think you're the fake goddess around here. You're comparing yourself to me? Ha! You're not even good enough to be Neptune: I'll make you eat those words!
Chapter 14
Rom and Ram booby trap the entire Lowee basilicom in a futile attempt to capture Santa Claus. When Santa goes to deliver them presents, and finds the entire place trapped from floor to chimney, he nopes out of there and they get nothing. When they wake up to find nothing on their beds, despite having been such good girls all year (relatively speaking, of course), they are heartbroken and start crying.
Chapter 15
Obligatory New Years chapter. You know what that means! Yep, it's time for all of the CPUs to become idols!

... wait, what?
Chapter 16
Obligatory Valentine's Day chapter. Neptune concocts a secret plan to gain a mountain of chocolate by use of a love potion, but it backfires magnificently, and ends with her being chased by a horde of rabid yanderes.
Chapter 17
Uni are become dogoo, the destroyer of worlds.
Chapter 18
Neptune and Nepgear get sucked into a Nintendo Famicom and are forced to play some brutally hard classic NES (Famicom) games. The legendary Rock Paper Strippers makes its appearance at the end. Nepgear, who does not like this at all, gets very angry and takes out her Gehaburn...
Chapter 18.5
The four goddesses enter an art contest because Histoire held them at gunpoint and forced them to. As a result of this contest, it is revealed that Noire was actually Tsunako this whole time.
Volume 3
Chapter 19
The four CPU candidates become babies. They were already big babies, so nothing's changed, except they are a bit smaller now. They almost fucking die due to Neptune's ineptitude, but Gust saves the day by putting Neptune into debt.
Chapter 20
Underling and Warechu poison Vert and plan to take over Leanbox. However, they are quickly thwarted by Master Chief.
Chapter 21
Neptune, Compa, and IF go to a graveyard in yukatas (what? Who DOESN'T go to a graveyard in a yukata?) for a test of courage. Compa, of course, fails spectacularly. She gets lost, but ends up reuniting with her dead mom, who guides her back to Nep-nep and Iffy safely.
Chapter 22
Another beach chapter. This time it's beach volleyball, CPUs vs CFW Magic and Underling. The CPUs absolutely floor them, and they are forced to participate in the punishment game: becoming gravure idols. As a result, despite losing, Magic's popularity shoots through the roof. Underling, however, is forgotten by absolutely everyone.
Chapter 23
A chapter that plays tribute to both fighting games and Super Smash Bros.. A pair of dojo breakers from the ancient "Niio-giio" land show up and crash the Gamindustri athletics festival. The four CPUs show up to stop them, but three of the four are defeated by the breakers' legendary explosive clothing technique. Then it's Blanc's turn to bat. She defeats them by ledge stalling until they randomly trip (thanks Sakurai), then shinespiking them offstage.

At the end of the chapter, Histoire gifts the four goddesses with new clothes based on the Ultradimension CPUs (even Blanc, even though her clothes didn't explode (for Neptune, it's her outfit from Victory)), and begins cosplaying as Ultradimension Histoire the next chapter, completely skipping over Hyperdimension Histoire.
Chapter 24
A very neat chapter that pays tribute to the Sega Genesis (or the Sega Mega Drive, for non-yanks). It also is Plutia's debut chapter. The three Planeptunian goddesses form the Tower of Power using their signature lock-on technology in order to protect the Mega Dr....agons from the assault of Arfoire's lackeys.
Chapter 25
Neptune makes the fatal mistake of awaking Peashy from her eternal slumber, who promptly attempts to kill her.
Chapter 26
Vert gets drunk (again), and Neptune is put on trial and found guilty of murder.

This chapter also marks the first and last time Neptune attempts to eat eggplants, the fruit of doom.
Chapter 27
Another Valentine's Day chapter. Gust and Neptune get trapped in a refrigerator and almost die. Yes, this actually happens. After that, Gust raids the trash bin in the Planeptune basilicom and sells the chocolate that was in there. ... Yes, this actually happens.
Chapter 27.5
Neptune and friends sit down for a fun game of Puyo Puyo.
Volume 4
Chapter 28
Neptune, Peashy and Plutia go back to the past to play the shitty games that suck ass.
Chapter 29
Abnes's manga debut! She comes out of nowhere and kidnaps the kid versions of Compa and IF. They are never seen again.
Chapter 30
Plutia gathers all 7 Kabosu Emeralds (and 50 onion rings) and turns into Super Saiyan Plutia. She then flies in space to fight a giant spaceship piloted by a mad scientist.
Chapter 31
Neptune and Noire pay a visit to Gust's brand new burger shop. The bulk of the chapter is just a step-by-step burger recipie with images of the Neptunia girls on the sides.
Chapter 32
Obligatory....... you guessed it, beach chapter! In today's government-mandated beach trip, Neptune and friends investigate the mysterious case of a pant- I mean swimsuit thief. With the help of Microsoft's world-famous text editor, Microsoft Word, Neptune tracks down and apprehends the culprit and they all live happily ever after.

Noire gets eaten by a shark again, btw.
Chapter 33
Obligatory.... second beach chapter... in a row. Magic and Underling return and strike back for their revenge on the CPUs, but are unable to trump Vert's seashell bazooka.

Chapter 34
The CPUs go on a monster extermination quest and bring Rei Ryghts for no apparent reason. She fights so recklessly that Neptune gets pissed off and confiscates her gun, which just makes her depressed so she goes and commits sudoku.

Chapter 35
Rei becomes the most powerful NEET in the universe. Well, that actually happened in the last two pages of the last chapter. This chapter is just about Neppy and her friends trying to coax her out of the tree she lives in.

Chapter 36
They reveal that Rei has the ability to destroy nations or some shit and for some reason the only way to fix that is to have Neptune transfer her CPU powers over to her.

Final Chapter
Now that Neptune no longer can use HDD (owing to losing her CPU powers in the last chapter), she hands off the entire nation to Nepgear, who turns into a li'l pussy all of a sudden, forcing Neptune to asspull her CPU powers back and save her ass when she gets attacked by CFW Magic and friends.

Extra Chapter
The obligatory (?) NepNowa chapter. Things are going pretty smooth until the author blueballs the reader (and Noire) by dropping a Dreamcast on Neptune's head when they're about to kiss. The original draft actually had them kissing but when Tsunako saw it she pulled a gun on the author and demanded it be removed.
The one on the right of the screen|thigh_gap=at least 1|race=Gremlin}}Ram one of Blanc's twin sisters, along with Rom. Despite her rambunctious demanor, she is Rom's younger sister. Her name is derived from RAM, the acronym for Random Access Memory. Ram represents the Nintendo Switch Joycon (R). No matter what, you need to download more of her.
Attacc
what Ram will do to you
Likes and Dislikes
Ram's favorite album is Random Access Memories by Daft Punk. Her favorite character from Re:Zero is Emilia. Her favorite video game is Grand Theft Auto V. Her favorite soft drink is Coke. She regularly insults Pepsi drinkers to assert dominance, except Rom. Rom is too precious for that.
In-Game
Ram is consistently worse than Rom in every game they're playable in. Seriously, never put Ram on your team, Rom's just way fucking better. Ram always has a little bit more offense, and Rom a little bit more defense, but they're both super squishy and do high damage so the slight nudge in extra attack doesn't really do anything for Ram, but the extra defense that Rom carries is much appreciated (although it still doesn't mean much). In addition, Rom has like 3 times more skills, most of which are retardedly op support skills, like the aoe revive spell. Like, wow, what the fuck. I don't think Ram even has more offensive skills. If she does, she has like, one.
Voice
While Lindley does do a good job of capturing the spirit of Ram's childlike and mischevious personality, and does a half-decent job of, well, acting, there's just one problem with her performance as Ram, which is a common problem with English voice acting in general. She sounds too old! Ram is clearly supposed to be like 10, but Lindley makes her sound like a much more developed teen. At least she still sounds like a "child" (in a comparatively loose definition of the word "child"), and not like a full-grown adult, I guess. Ishihara on the other hand, makes Ram sound cute as FUCK. She's better at the acting part too, but doesn't quite capture the essence of total bitchery like Lindley does.
In Megadimension Neptunia VII
You thought Rom outclassed Ram already? Well guess what fucker, now she completely obsoletifies Ram. In VII she has a bigger attack range than Ram, plus a lot of her weapons have more attack slots, meaning the slight attack power advantage that Ram has might as well not even exist since now Rom does not only more damage but to more opponents at the same time. She's actually like the best character in the game since she can 1rko most random encounters, and a lot of them at the same time due to her massive range. Being a magic user is also a plus since that means she can still deal damage to the few enemies that are resistant to physical attacks. It's also a plus because magic attacks in that game are op in general.
She is one of the four main CPUs, the CPU of Planeptune. Her adventures start after she meets Compa and IF to find the Key Fragments around the world and defeat some monsters along the way to save Histoire who is sealed. She has an IQ of 78, and is fluent in 3 languages: English, Japanese and memespeak.

Personality

Since Neptune wears it (almost) all the time, her ability to break the fourth wall is almost unparalelled.

Zeldamon999
Actually, you know what? Fuck it. Both of Neptune's voices are pretty good. You can like whatever you fucking want and not be classified as a "fucking idiot." Unless you're Zeldamon999, in this case you're a fucking idiot. Zeldamon999 thought it was a good fucking idea to try and "fix" some pages on this wiki by vandalizing the hell out of it so he can "fight vandalism". Like, can anyone be this much of a fucking idiot? That'd be like me removing ALL the Conquest ending references from ALL pages just because I don't like it. Did I do that? No. Will I ever do it? No.

QUOTES
: Neptune/Quotes

TRIVIA
*Neptune personifies and is based off the cancelled Sega Neptune, which was supposed to be a hybrid of the Sega Mega Drive and the 32X, but was ultimately cancelled in favor of the Sega <s>Satan</s> Saturn. Maybe it's for the best, seeing how it would have only been used as a basis for a shrine to CPU Purple Heart herself because of how shitty the 32X library was.
*According to herself, Neptune has the greatest ass out of the four CPUs.
Good job.
*Neptune is best girl.
*There is a possibility, because of her HDD and NEXT Forms, that Neptune is just pretending to be stupid for the sake of fanservice and memes and she actually has a hidden intellect much larger than every single Neptunia character combined, also evident by how many fucking references she makes to literally fucking everything in existence. Either that or I'm just a blind Neptune fanboy.
*If it exists, Neptune has already referenced it.

__FORCETOC__

A Stat, also known as a Parameter, is a statistic that describes how strong or weak a character is in certain areas. There are eight parameters common to all characters, as well as a wide range of additional parameters specific to each character.

This page lists the eight common parameters for each character in one convenient place. The parameters listed do not take equipment into account (debatable, in Uni's case). The list is sorted by IQ, because that's clearly the most optimal way to sort a list, however CPU forms are always listed immediately after regular forms.

This page is incomplete. You can help Hyperdimension Neptunia Wiki by filling in the missing information.
Overview
*B (Bust): The circumference around the largest part of the breasts, in centimeters.

*W (Waist): The circumference around the narrowest part of the waist, in centimeters.

*H (Hips): The circumference around the widest part of the hips, in centimeters.

*Cup: A simple method of assessing the breast size. Determined by the difference between the bust size and the band size (circumference around the area right above where the breasts start). AA is the smallest, increasing in size up to the largest on this page, I, although cup sizes are defined at least up through O.

*Height: The character's height in centimeters.

*Weight: The weight (technically mass) of the character, in kilograms.

*FG (Fucks Given): The number of fucks the character gives, averaged across all situations they have been in where fucks would ordinarily be given.

*IQ (Intelligence Quotient): A general assessment of how smart a particular character is, with 100 being defined as the average.

I am trained in hedgehog warfare and I'm the top swordsman in the entire Planetune armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target for pudding stealing. I will eat the fuck out of your pudding with precision the likes of which you have never seen before on Gameindustri, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me over the internet? Think again fucker. As we speak i am contacting my secret network of pudding thieves across Planeptune and your pudding supply is being traced right now so you better prepare for this storm maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your pudding. Your fucking dead kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and i can kill you in over 700 different ways by Cross Combo, and that's just with my wooden sword. Not only am i extensively trained in goddess combat, but i have access to the entire arsenal of the Planeptune Marines Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass of the face of Gameindustri, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking tongue. But then the fuckers at Compile Heart and Idea Factory thought, "Hey, let's name the last game Megadimension Neptunia VIIR so it doesn't make fucking sense and confuses our fans."

</pre>
<br /><hr />
Usage notes: The <u>artist</u> variable should be the artist's name from the platform that you retrieved the artwork from, indicated by the <u>site</u> variable. Do not type the artist's name in if you can avoid it; copy their name exactly as it is displayed on their page (even if you cannot read their name). Avoid linking artworks directly as many platforms (such as pixiv) disable hotlinking, instead link to the artwork's page instead. If any of the links link to NSFW websites or pages, include the <u>nsfw</u> variable with any value.

While this template is for artwork specifically, it can be used for any kind of fan-created art, such as music. Do not include this template on articles.
Along with Neptune and Compa, she adventures across Gamindustri. Of the group, she's the only one with a real head on her shoulders and often has to tell the two dumbassess off for their dumbassery. In the later games she slowly loses her relevance and fades into obscurity, not even being playable in most spinoffs.

About IF
She is a guild member and joined Neptune and Compa after she bumped into them in the second dungeon. She seems to like Vert.

She is married to Compa.

IF's Chuunibyou Syndrome
From the opening of Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls: "IF is very level headed and always carries the team. She does have a flaw though... She suffers from chuunibyou syndrome."

Yes, it's true. IF does suffer from chunnibyou syndrome. She's sort of grown out of it, yet not at the same time. Most of the time she seems normal, but when in battle she shouts a lot of lines that sound a bit... edgy. Her chuunibyou side is seen most when she's a kid in Victory/Re;Birth3. She also breaks and reverts to her chuunibyou side in the anime after being gangraped by dogoos.

Personality
She seems to be a headstrong character, and likes to accomplish the important things first. I'm pretty sure she actually hates Neptune with a passion, but she's too lonely to admit that. Now, I know what you're thinking. "This isn't Noire's page!" Right? I know having no friends is Noire's thing, but just look at IF. She's so bitchy, with a personality like that there's no way she has any friends besides Neptune and Compa. Really, if Neptune wasn't so retarded and Compa so needlessly nice, she probably wouldn't be friends with them either. If you think IF's not bitchy, dude, just touch her bike. Seriously, just touch it. You'll instantly learn what true malice is like. You ever wonder why IF carries around so many phones? It's because she's secretly hoping that the more phones she has the more likely it is that someone will actually call her, even if it's a wrong number. She doesn't use those phones for dumb or silly things like intelligence gathering, nor does she just like phones. You notice how her main phone has a bug strap? What kind of girl likes bug straps? I'll bet that she made 0 girl friends when she was a kid. Oh, wait, she's still a kid.
In Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory
She is literally a baby
In Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls
As she is the main character now and actually has screentime, IF is a lot more fleshed out. While she's still the same stick in the mud loser that hates fun, her adventurous side shines through, and she even lets some of her chuunibyou side show out of battle.
Quotes
: IF/Quotes

Trivia
* IF carries 9 cellphones like wtf.
* There was a moment where she showed a picture of Compa sleeping to the CPU candidates in the anime.
* In the anime, she shoots a gun like a true N-word gangsta.
* IF's eyes are drawn differently in Hyperdimension Neptunia, making her almost look permanently pissed off.
** Similarly, she has a unique angry face in Hyperdimension Neptunia, which is never used in other games.
